Dr. Karishma Shah is a local girl with a pedigree in dentistry. She was born in Illinois but moved to Chandler, Arizona, while young. Her passion for dentistry started while sitting at the knee of her father, who is a well-known local Oral Surgeon in Chandler. His passion for taking care of people has left a definite impact on Dr. Shah, who also has a desire to improve people through dentistry. Dr. Shah is a self-proclaimed “foodie,” and when not savoring personal culinary creations, she loves trying local flavors and enjoys finding others with a passion for good cuisine with a feeling of home cooking. She also enjoys traveling and enjoys curling up with a good movie on the couch when staying in.

Dr. Shah completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and attended Midwestern University to complete her doctorate degree. Being close to family and the friends she loves has kept her in Arizona to help the community she calls home. Dental school is where the spark for helping her patients gain confidence through improving their beautiful smiles began. This enthusiasm makes all her patients feel comfortable and at ease with her honesty and ability to communicate and listen to their needs and goals and leave them beaming from ear to ear. Dr. Shah loves to work with her hands in a very detailed environment, and this has helped fuel her desire to improve the self-assurance of all those she works with. 

Congratulations are in order as Dr. Shah is engaged to her best friend, who currently attends medical school in Utah! (Sorry, all you eligible Bachelors!) The path to his door is well-traveled as they make plans for their wedding in 2024! Congratulations, Dr. Shah! The happy couple looks forward to married life and the culmination of such a long-distance relationship.
